For Associate Faculty:
The September 10 paycheck may or may not reflect your final column placement. If column placement was done recently or you are still working with HR on column placement, then your Sept 10 paycheck is based on Column B.
Final column placement will be reflected in the Sept 30th paycheck.
Column placement above Column B is retroactive to Aug.24th and your Nov 30th paycheck will contain this retro payment for August.
As you know parity increased from 77% to 78%. The 1% increase in parity and the 5% raise is effective Sept. 1st but will first be reflected in the October 31 paycheck.
The retro pay due to the 5% raise and the 1% parity increase for the month of Sept will appear in the Nov. 30th paycheck.
For Full-Time Faculty:
The 5% raise is effective Sept 1st but will first be reflected in the Oct 31 paycheck.
The retro payment for the 5% raise for the month of Sept. will appear in the Nov. 30th paycheck.
